I was born and raised in Ireland, and began my holistic healing training there more than twenty years ago. When I moved to New York City In 2000 I worked in one of Manhattan’s toniest salons as a Reflexologist. Then, because I wanted to practice whole body massage therapy more regularly, I worked with a chiropractor, giving patients’ massages before (and after) their chiropractic treatments. I later enrolled in a Trigger Point massage program because I wanted to learn more.
To better serve my clients, in 2003, I began seeing them privately in their homes.
After sustaining an injury caused by strain and over-use, I was forced to begin physical rehabilitation. As a result, I learned first-hand how to increase range of motion, strength, and stability while protecting the integrity of muscles and joints. These skills, including my ability to design a workout program based on specific needs, served me well when I returned to school to become a Certified Personal Training Coach.

I appreciate coaching people like you. People who not only understand the value of working one-on-one with a Personal Trainer, but who also believe that regular exercise coupled with therapeutic massage, adds to the quality of your life.
